With his trademark hat and being shirtless, and of course, his fire ability, Ace is one of the hottest anime characters today.
2. Kusanagi Mokoto
Ghost in the Shell is considered to be a legendary anime show by many anime fans, and one of the reasons is the main character – Kusanagi Mokoto. She is a cyborg who works as a field commander of Public Security Section 9. Many anime characters took inspiration from Mokoto these days.
3. Levi
Short but deadly, that is the best way to describe Levi. It is always interesting to see this small guy fights against titans 20 times his size. He is also considered to be a leader or even the strongest soldier that the human race has ever seen by many people in Attack on Titan.
4. Itachi Uchiha
Although his appearances were brief (except for his fight with his little brother, Sasuke Uchiha), Itachi left a very strong impression on Naruto fans all over the world. Many people are still arguing whether he would be the strongest warrior if he weren’t sick.
5. Escanor
Many Seven Deadly Sins will agree with me if I say that Escanor is the best character from the show. Yes, even better than the main character, Meliodas. There’s no character as arrogant as Escanor and can back it up with strength.
6. Spike Spiegel
Spike is a pretty difficult character to understand. Sometimes his actions were against logic, but that’s also why people love him. Spike was the essence of Cowboy Bebop, the character that makes the show unique and nostalgic.
7. Hisoka Morow
Weird, creepy, intriguing, and fun, Hisoka is without a doubt one of the most interesting anime characters ever. His antiques with his ex-friends and Gon and Killua are still being talked about today. Maybe one day we’ll get to see more of Hisoka from Hunter x Hunter.

How is a bald and plain character like Saitama can be considered one of the coolest? Well, Saitama is definitely one of the strongest characters in anime and it’s still unknown how strong he actually is. And though Saitama is plain and bald, his actions and thoughts are very interesting to see.

From being hated and shunned, Naruto became the number one shinobi of the Hidden Leaf Village. Naruto is what everyone should strive to be – a hardworking and kindhearted person. It was very gratifying to see the end result of his dedication to becoming someone that everyone can rely on.

Just like Itachi Uchiha, Dracule Mihawk only appeared once a while in One Piece, but that’s all he needs to captivate everyone’s attention. Mihawk is one of several characters in One Piece that is reserved for the “end game,” and I can’t wait until the time comes.
11. Light Yagami
Light Yagami is evil and heartless, and he had killed many people. The “Protagonist” of Death Note is one of the coolest and most memorable anime characters of all time. With a death note by his side, he had shaken the whole world.
12. Guts
No one suffers as much as Guts and still alive and kicking. Every Berserk fan knows how dark and depressing the world is and how brutal some enemies are, but despite all that, Guts is still unstoppable. Guts is the definition of badass and he is also one of the coolest anime characters ever.
13. Eikichi Onizuka
Speaking of cool, I can’t leave out Eikichi Onizuka. He is the character that carries the legendary show Great Teacher Onizuka, which is about the story of a troubled young adult who decided to become a teacher. If you’ve watched the show, then you should know how cool Onizuka is.
14. Jotaro Kujo
Jotaro Kujo is a character that is all about being cool and calm. He only releases his anger when needed and never panic in sticky situations. Even when compared to other main characters from Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure series, Jotaro Kujo sits on top of the cool characters list.
15. Senku Ishigami
A character that survives and overcomes challenges using science? How is that not cool? Senku Ishigami is a fifteen-year-old genius who has to survive in a world 3,700 years in the future where everyone got turned into a stone. Not only is he trying to rebuild the civilization, but he is also trying to keep others from ruining his plans.
